These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website ironstaff.agency (the "Website") operated by Iron Group (the "Company"). By accessing the Website you confirm you have read and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
The Website is an informational presentation of relocation programs that the Company facilitates for candidates from selected countries who wish to move to and work in the Russian Federation. The Website is not an offer in the legal sense and creates no contractual obligation. Any concrete commitment between you and the Company arises only from a separately signed written agreement.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of signing employment and migration documents in your country of departure to engage with our programs. The Company reserves the right to decline a candidate at any stage of the process for any reason permitted by applicable law.
Any monetary amounts, salaries, payment timelines, citizenship timelines, or other figures displayed on the Website (including but not limited to "$30,000+ one-time payment", "$3,000+/month salary", "Russian citizenship", "100% free relocation") are indicative and reflect the typical terms of the current programs we work with. The exact terms, conditions, and amounts that apply to your individual case will be fixed in your personal contract with the Company and the partner employer before departure. Variations are possible depending on country of departure, applicable program, candidate profile, and applicable law.
The relocation process generally involves: (a) initial consultation; (b) review of candidate documents and eligibility; (c) preparation of visa, work permit, and employment contract; (d) travel to the Russian Federation; (e) official employment; (f) eventual citizenship application under the applicable state program. Timelines and steps can change based on legal and administrative factors outside the Company's control.
The Company covers, where stated on the Website, the cost of the one-way flight, visa fees, basic documents, initial housing, meals, and interpreter support, as detailed in your personal contract. The Company does not cover the cost of obtaining an international passport in your country of departure, costs incurred before the contract is signed, or any expenses arising from changes you request after departure.
Failure to comply may result in cancellation of the program at any stage and forfeiture of any future payments, in addition to remedies available by law.
The information on the Website is not legal, tax, or immigration advice. We encourage candidates to seek independent advice when making decisions that materially affect their lives.
All text, images, graphics, and code on the Website are the property of the Company or its licensors and are protected by copyright. You may not reproduce or distribute material from the Website without prior written permission.
The Website may contain links to third-party services (WhatsApp, Telegram, social networks). The Company is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of those third-party services.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Website or your decision to engage with our programs. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may update these Terms occasionally. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Website after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
Questions or complaints regarding these Terms can be sent through the WhatsApp or Telegram channels listed on the homepage. Full company registration information is provided on request when you sign the relocation agreement.
